How to Get Email Headers

Gmail

  2. Click the three dots (⋮) menu
  3. Select "Show original"
  4. Copy the "Download Original" text

Outlook

  1. Open the email
  2. Click File → Properties
  3. Find "Internet headers"
  4. Copy all the text

Apple Mail

  1. Open the email
  2. View → Message → Raw Source
  3. Copy the headers section
